We are equipped with advanced machines and specific devices that ensure the best quality when manufacturing rubber components in moulds. At our plant we have everything needed to produce moulded artictles according to the individual requirements of our customers.
Our moulds are made from steel C45, C64 or chromed steel depending on the necessary perfomance.
The vulcanization process is carried out in presses or in injection moulding machines.
The possibilities are endless, and we can also manufacture components by bonding different materials. For example, rubber-to-metal bonding or rubber-to-fabric bonding.
