R&D creates added value

High-voltage connectors are a good example of development that requires all R&D elements: compound development, product development and process development.

Compound development

Our high-voltage connectors are developed using a range of advanced polymers that meet the highest standards. Electrical conductivity, insulation and field control are integrated into one product. This has resulted in a product that meets the most demanding requirements.

Product development

The design of the moulds is made within the R&D department. State-of-the-art software is used for this, which further optimizes product performance.

Process development

The set-up of the production process is developed by our R&D department as well. This forms the basis for a stable production performance for our high-end products.
